Elaine is predeceased by her parents Edward and Charlotte Olson.
Elaine is survived by her husband Edward Koeppen of Toms River, NJ; her sons Eddie Koeppen and Clint Koeppen both of Toms River, NJ; her siblings Edward Olson and Carol Olson both of Bloomfield, NJ and her grandchildren Jaelee, Taylor, Mischa and Max.
